Terms of use
These terms apply to every product sold by D. C. COSTA CONSULTORIA EM TECNOLOGIA DA INFORMACAO LTDA (Brazilian company ID, CNPJ, 59.146.650/0001-92), called "we" below. By buying or using a product you agree to them. A product may have additional terms, shown on its page before purchase.
Purchases and payment
Price, currency, billing period and what's included are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the customer portal or by email; access continues until the end of the period already paid. We email you in advance about any price change.
License
You get a personal, non-transferable license to use the product. Reselling, redistributing or sharing access isn't allowed unless the product explicitly permits it.
Availability
We do our best to keep our services online and fix problems quickly, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted operation. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in the last 12 months, except where the law doesn't allow that limit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Consumers in other countries keep the rights granted by the laws of their country of residence.
Refund and cancellation policy
- 7-day refund. You can cancel any purchase within 7 calendar days of buying it or receiving access and get a full refund, no reason needed.
- EU and UK consumers. Consumers living in the EU or UK have 14 days to withdraw, as their law provides.
- Subscriptions. After the refund window, cancelling stops future charges and access continues until the end of the paid period. There's no cancellation fee.
- How to ask. Email devel@agentmail.to from the address you used to buy. We confirm within 2 business days.
- When you get the money back. Refunds go back to the original payment method. Card refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Privacy policy
This policy explains how we handle your personal data under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018) and, for EU residents, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data we collect
- Account and purchase: name, email, country, products bought and payment history.
- Payment: processed by Stripe. We only receive limited details (such as card brand and last 4 digits), never the full card number.
- Product usage: technical and usage data (such as pages visited, device type and error logs) to run and improve the service.
- Contact: the content of messages you send us.
Why we use it
To deliver the products and perform our contract with you; to process payments and issue tax documents (legal obligation); to provide support, prevent fraud and improve the products (legitimate interest); and to send news only if you consent. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Who we share it with
Only with providers needed to run the service, such as payment processing (Stripe), hosting and infrastructure (Cloudflare, Supabase), email delivery and error monitoring. Some are outside Brazil and the EU; those transfers use the safeguards the LGPD and GDPR provide. We don't sell your data.
How long we keep it
While your account is active and afterwards for as long as the law requires (for example, tax records for 5 years).
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export, restrict or delete your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent, by emailing devel@agentmail.to. You can also complain to Brazil's data protection authority (ANPD) or to the data protection authority in your country.
